JOSH
Hello, I'm Josh, a dedicated personal trainer passionate about guiding people to their health and fitness goals. At 23, with three years of industry experience, I've learned that everyone's journey to fitness is unique, and that's why I create personalised training programs.
Whether your goal is strength, hypertrophy, mobility, reconditioning, or rehabilitation, I use a science-based approach to ensure your workouts- are efficient, effective, and safe. My mission is to turn the gym into a space of positive change and transformation for you.
Josh is an excellent PT. His level of knowledge is extremely helpful and our sessions are always energetic and uplifting! He's such a friendly, down to earth PT that is super professional, has a great diversity of knowledge in the gym and can help you feel comfortable and confident in the gym.
Josh has created such a great program for me that’s not only challenging but has helped me keep on track with my fitness goals despite an injury setback- I couldn’t have done that without him! 100% recommend!
